As a ministry with programs and volunteer needs, we are always having to request for people to sign up for upcoming events. Your church management software might have a sign up app you can use. If not, you might consider using an easy and free web based app like Jot Form.
However, you might be where I’ve been time and time again…..just needing something that will work in a hurry. Today I’d like to share with you some free printable sign up sheets that not only do the trick, but look good as well.

Great Free Advent and Christmas Devotionals
The season of Advent and Christmas is upon us. Time to celebrate!
Some of you are thinking, “…Celebrate??? How can you celebrate when when I am trying to plan out my Black Friday shopping?”
I have a couple resources that will not overwhelm you that might be your solution to being able to reflect and celebrate during this crazy time of year.
1. Advent Devotional by Awana.
This one is simply titled Advent Devotional 2014
Several writers contributed to this devotional bring an array of perspectives that all lead to Christ. You can take your pick of a customized devotional for an individual, a couple, or a family edition.
2. Christmas Devotional by Dr. Michael Kennedy
The Cross and the Manger
This is the devotional I used last year with my family. The author is a great friend of mine. His heart for ministry within the family is huge! Here you will find a daily resource that will connect with your family and draw your kids’ minds toward Christ during the Christmas season.

Ministry Safe Conferences in Georgia
Current Georgia Baptist Churches are able to attend one of several Ministry Safe conferences throughout Georgia for FREE. These conferences promote sexual abuse awareness and prevention. The goal is to help design safe systems within our churches to reduce the risk of child sexual abuse.
Come to this conference. And bring your entire staff. It will be helpful for anyone in leadership at your church, as well as anyone working with children to cultivate a safe environment for families. The conference is from 10am-2pm and includes a meal.
