Here are some sample Children’s Ministry Policies and guidebooks as examples so that you can create your own policy book for children’s ministry within your church.

If you do use any of these examples in your church ministry, I would encourage you to 1) contact the church who made it and ask for their permission to use it. They will almost certainly say yes. This is a courtesy and an opportunity to say, “thanks.” 2) Give credit to the ministry at the end of your book. This might just be a tiny little line at the end saying, “Excerpts from manual were taken from…” or “This policy book was based on the manuals from the Church of…”
